Return Eligibility

1. Physical Products:
• Returns are accepted only for physical products that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect items delivered.
• Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• The product should be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
2. Digital Products and Services:
• Digital reports, consultations, and services are non-returnable once delivered or availed.
• If there are errors or discrepancies in the delivered service, you may request a revision or correction within 7 days.

How to Initiate a Return

• Order ID
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the return
• Supporting evidence (e.g., photographs of the product or screenshots for digital services)
2. Approval Process:
• Our team will review your return request within 3 business days.
• Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product or proceed with the resolution.
3. Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was delivered incorrectly or damaged.
• Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Note:- These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faridabad, Haryana.

Refunds for Returns

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product in good condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Digital products or services once delivered.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
