Vastu for Commercial Sites

This also includes all the precautions, points & areas of attention as mentioned in the heading of Vastu for the corporate house. But in commercial sites like running or controlling a shopping mall, the main office or site office is of the topmost priority. This office should be so aligned with positive cosmic and telluric vibes that the owner of the site feels delighted while sitting in his chair. Not only the above, but he should also have such confidence that he can command all the staff and juniors working for him. This is necessary because if the site office is located in the weaker direction as defined in Vastu Shastra, the success shall always carry a question mark. Shape of a commercial site:

Though Vastu works on the basis of a set of certain principles applicable universally, on some factors, Vastu Guidelines for a business premises & the house is altogether different from each other. For example, a Sher Mukha plot (front wider than rear) is quite auspicious for business activities but this is not good for residential purposes. Mostly, the business premises are set up in rented buildings, hence one may have the least control over the size and shape of the premises, but if one finds a premises of his choice, try one which is square or rectangular in shape. Avoid any multi-corner, cut-corner, multidimensional, or uneven area.  If the premises is broad on the front side and less on the right & left sides, it is very auspicious & profit giving, however, the back side should also be the same as the front side. In rare cases, if the front side (road side) is increasing by a couple of feet, it shall be more positive. Such shape is known as ‘SINGH-MUKHA’ and enhances the business prospects if positioned as per VASTU, i.e. increased in Ishanya sub-direction. In a different case when the shape becomes GAU-MUKHA i.e. premises with a front less than the back one, is not appreciated, that too if the Vastu principles are ignored. Looking at the customers’ psychology too, if the front side is narrowed, the first impact is not very attractive, be the depth of any length. We may recall a structure that is too broad in front and less in sides, giving an impact of inviting more clients like welcoming them to receive & retaining them to have a look at other multiple items also. In a nutshell, for business premises, the broad front opening provides more space & enhances Positivity. Sitting in this area he shall be able to easily operate the functions & his supremacy can never be at stake. He shall feel comfortable implementing the Company’s policies and can easily dominate others, serving under him. But the moment the internal positioning and facing of the Chief turns to be into the negative directions, i.e. facing to Nairutya, west or south, the entire positive energy of this strongest corner shall come to a ZERO. Positive directions for staff:

After one sets the guideline for the whole of one’s senior managerial staff, it shall be wise to allot the perfect east direction to the entire manpower working in the Q.A. (or Q.C.) lab. The seniormost person in the Quality Assurance department can easily ensure to follow it, and one can feel the difference. Try to maintain the face of all other workmen & junior staff in a positive direction, especially for the operators working on the production shop floor. Likewise, the height of one’s chair’s back also defines seniority. So it is also advisable to keep the chair with the highest back with a red-bordered cushion at the back if you are the senior person running the show. Once one starts utilizing this methodology to harness the natural energies for one’s benefit, the win-win approach shall be the privilege.

Though there are a lot of Vastu factors that must be looked at very minutely it is always better late than never. So start making corrections from today.
