  1. Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 3 to 5 business days from the date of receipt or service completion.

  2. No returns will be accepted for service based products like Consultancy, Course, Software etc.

  3. Eligibility for Return:

    • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    • Services may be eligible for return or rescheduling if they have not been fully rendered or if there are any significant issues with the service provided.

  4. Process for Returns:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone within the 3 to 5 business day window.
    • Provide your order number, details of the product or service, and reason for the return or dissatisfaction.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and, if applicable, assist in scheduling a rescheduled service or offering a refund.

  5. Refunds and Exchanges:

    • Once your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment, or offer an exchange, as per your preference.
    • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

  6. Exclusions:

    • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
    • Services that have been fully completed and rendered may not be eligible for a return, except in cases of significant dissatisfaction due to error on our part.

  7. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund at no extra cost.
